When doing this diet, you need to have a shake in the morning and at lunch and then eat fish or chicken and vegetables for dinner. Just remember when you are doing these diets, you need to make sure you are getting enough nutrients into your body so you will not be sluggish.

Finally, there are several low carb diets that work. The main one is the Atkins Diet. During this diet, you can eat a lot of foods high in protein. These include meats (pork, lamb, beef, squid, venison), chicken, and eggs. You need to stay away from breads, pasta, potatoes, and fruits. The preferred beverage is a lot of water.
